By creating an account or using EzyPzy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using EzyPzy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

EzyPzy is a decision-register tool for project managers: a place to log decisions, track dependencies, and surface context with AI assistance. The service is provided on a best-effort SLA for v1 — we do not yet offer uptime guarantees. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance; unplanned downtime is rare but possible.

• Monthly plans auto-renew; you may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual plans auto-renew; we do not offer pro-rated refunds on annual cancellations (industry-standard).
• A 1-month free trial is available on the Starter tier, no credit card required; if you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your workspace locks (read-only) until you upgrade or delete it.

Current prices are shown on pm.inflectionpoint.be/#pricing. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Notices are sent to the account email. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the next billing date with no further charge.

You agree not to use EzyPzy to store or process data you do not have the right to collect; for illegal purposes; for automated scraping; or in a way that harms other users. You are responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any consents required from third parties whose data appears in your workspace.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to EzyPzy. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell your content to third parties.

AI features (document extraction, suggestion generation) are available on the Pro tier and above. When you invoke an AI feature, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic for processing under their commercial API terms (no training on customer data). Usage is metered against a per-user monthly budget shown in your account; exceeding the budget locks further AI calls until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

v1 SLA is best-effort. We target high availability but do not offer uptime guarantees or service credits at this tier. Enterprise plans may include specific availability commitments — see the enterprise agreement for details.

We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy with 30 days' notice, except for immediate suspension if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your workspace is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, EzyPzy's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

EzyPzy is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties not explicitly granted in these terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no guarantees that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

These terms are governed by Belgian law, exclusive jurisdiction Courts of Brussels.

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
